If moles are moving in there will be some tell tell obvious signs in your lawn.
Whilst Moles are active all year round, they are more prominant in September and October when young moles are exploring new territories and in February and March during the breeding season.
Most domestic mole problems can be resolved over 2 to 3 visits.
The first visit is to survey the terrain and lay traps.
The 2nd and 3rd visits are to remove the moles. Often it could be just one mole causing all of the mole hills but at other times of the year it is not uncommon to catch and remove several.
