What type of pest contract is right for your business?
All types of businesses can benefit from a specifically designed pest control service contract.
This is because not all businesses are the same and neither is their "pest risk" for particular types of pests.
A restaurant for example, will need to comply with certain legislation and due to the nature of it being a food business, will need to be comprehensively assessed. As a result, the level of pest cover would need to reflect the correct level of risk.
A more robust rodent control program would be required in the case of a farm grain store, where the quantities of food and the remoteness of the site could be a haven for Rats and Mice.
By contrast, a business unit that occasionally experiences pest problems with Mice, or garden ants entering the premises, would be assessed with a comparably lower pest risk. Not taking away from the fact that these pests can cause concern, its just that the level of service "cover" would be calculated differently. A relevant question may be, would this particular property need monitoring for Cockroaches on a regular basis?
