British Pest Control Association

The UK's leading pest control association. Member companies adhere to BPCA guidelines and have to meet strict criteria as a condition of membership. Regular assessment visits are carried out to ensure members maintain standards.

Countrywide have been FULL members of the BPCA since 2002

The scheme is administered by local authority Trading Standards Services in response to concerns about "rogue traders".

Entry into the scheme is not given lightly. Companies need to demonstrate their commitment to trading fairly and are assessed by local trading standards on several criteria.

BASIS PROMPT

The BASIS PROMPT register is an industry initiative which ensures that professional pest controllers can show that they have received proper training, have achieved the required level of competence and have invested time in keeping their knowledge and skills up-to-date.

To maintain membership, companies and individuals need to demonstrate continual professional development (CPD)

The FSB promote small businesses in the uk and members can keep up to date with legislation and legal advice. Countrywide have been a member for many years.

Our Insurers Bradshaw Bennett

Countrywide carry £10 Million public and £5 Million Employers Liability insurance. The scheme is endorsed by the BPCA

Information about Honey Bee's. Countrywide liaise with registered bee keepers for swarm collection
